This weekend I decided to make a craft. I got some ideas from searching Etsy.. and this is what I came up with.
First... I cut out a bunch of little circles of different double sided paper...
Then I simply cut them all halfway down the center, put two circles together, and there we go.. I have my own homemade garland.
