Baking

I have discovered over the past few months how much I love baking.  Yes, I work at a bakery.. and so I had better love baking, but I think it goes beyond that.  I love the actual labour that goes into it, and that is it truly a labour of love.  Kneading, rolling, boiling, sifting, measuring... making everything exact.  I have never been a perfectionist in anything in my life.. but I am starting to realize how perfect I want absolutely everything to turn out as I pull things out of the oven or off the stove.  It is incredibly satisfying.  I want to bake you sweet and delicious treats, so come to my house and I will do it for you.  Or someday, maybe you can come to my own bakery where you can feast your eyes on many, many tasty bites.
